The issue Bob speaks of is what is it that you are trying to get help with, not that you are trying to get a support telephone number for. In isolation this topic looks somewhat strange.

The tech and another advanced tech did a remote session on my computer for nearly an hour and couldn't figure out what was wrong. They issued me another case number and said I will receive an email from an even higher level of tech support to set up another remote session.
If you have created a ticket, support sure will get back to you. avast is currently changing the licensing system as well as the ticket system. That is causing a delay in the handling time and can cause some other problems.
Where do I find order number? Can't make progress here, either: Updating your payment information for Avast orders distributed by Digital River - it takes me right back to Manage your Avast subscription.

We have a case open with "level 2" support, whatever that means, but communication has been lacking. We have no number to call in to that allows us to reach our tech, so if we do call in, we have to start all over and go back to level 1.
