There’s no second chances if you missed their call. They can only called you, you can’t call them back if you missed.

However, upon providing my mailing address, they said they cannot ship to the address. Went to customer service online, started with an automated response system, got a live person who then escalated me to a second person. What you see is the correspondence between myself and the second person. The person just blew me off and dismissed me.

When you open the Walmart app, be sure that you select Delivery (and set your preferred store, if necessary). If you choose Shipping instead of Delivery, then your order comes out of a warehouse. We don't ship temperature-controlled items like cheese or milk through UPS or FedEx, so the app won't give you the option to buy them.
No, it's just general incompetence that their chat doesn't work, but your username is making more sense now. I actually found out it's because my account is limited. Once that happens you have to call every time there is an issue going forward. You can't use the chat anymore. Walmart Delivery has so many issues.

I received the same call today. Same plot. I didn't get suspicious at beginning because the caller ID is legit Walmart number and scammer understood English and claimed to be Walmart Chinese language customer service. The scammer also acted very professional pretending to be real customer service. Same plots as yours.
