The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Dawn Wilkins. Dawn was last seen Monday October 28, 2024, at 1:30pm, on the 7xx block of E. Church Lane. Dawn is 67 years old, 5’7” and 220lbs.
