MS Bergensfjord is a cruise ferry owned and operated by the Norwegian ferry operator, Fjord Line who use her on their Hirtshals - Langesund route. The ship was ordered in March 2010, launched in March 2013 and then delivered to Fjord Line on 3 February 2014, Bergensfjord is the sister of the 2013 built Stavangerfjord.
Preikestolen is located near the western part of the fjord, and on its north side. Tourism at the site has been increasing in the early 21st century, with 300,000 visitors in 2024, [ 2 ] making it one of the most-visited natural tourist attractions in Norway.

The fjord stretches 179 kilometres (111 mi) from the Atlantic Ocean into the mountainous interior of Norway along the Hardangervidda plateau.
