I spent over an hour on “chat” the other day only to get locked out of my account because they kept sending log-in codes that wouldn’t work. Numerous issues.
Can I get a download link to a non “Norton 360 Platinum” version? I think, then, i can get access to my log in without the VPN Service. At my account, I can only download the 360 platinium version.
Maybe, you have Norton account for subscriptions and a Norton account for Norton Password Manager? Yes, remote access (in my experience) is Norton SOP. I’ve pushed back against Norton pushing remote access. I’d urge trying Norton support, again…different agent - may get different (better) results.
Detailed description: When I click the extension icon to open the Norton Password Manager it goes into a continous spin cycle and never prompts for the vault password. Can open the vault on my windows 10 machine and my iphone. Can open it through the web interface on the problem windows 11 machine. Just won’t open from the extension icon. Hi, Just had a wasted day trying to get my password vault working on a windows Laptop and PC. On one its was the Edge Norton Vault appand and other in Chrome browser, on both I had to log into my Norton account only to get a grey screen with blue rotating circle. A couple of times recently, I have received an email into two of my email accounts with the subject saying 'Norton safe email is unable to flag emails' in the subject box, and then 'We've lost access to this email account.'
