    The caps are threaded with 28 TPI and .375" thread length and bored out to add more volume , it uses 7 baffles , 6 K-baffles (5 aluminum and one 316 SS) and one coned washer on top of last K. The 1/2x28 threads were cut while on the finished can and was indicated off the bore via 6" range rod.

    Went ahead and opened up the baffles to 9/32 OOPS..EDIT 11/32 Switched to radial coned end cap again at 3/8 Other than that all remained the same. (Still un-clipped) Missing from OP specs: Tube diameter, 1.5", carbon steel; Spacer (blast chamber) Stainless; Baffles 6061 Alu. Safe to say the change was nothing short of dramatic.

Stainless or better for the first couplethen 7075 aluminum. 7 baffles in 6" should be about right. 1.25“ diameter would offer decent suppression.     how necessary is needed to have a main blast chamber in a suppressor. say the suppressor is all stainless steel with the tube having a wall thickness of .075 inches and the baffles being 17-4 stainless steel(60 degree cone cups and clipped) and .065 inche thick with the skirt being .669 inches long. would a blast chamber be needed?

  11. Nothing else cleans as well, and fine glass bead at ~40 psi doesn't damage aluminum or titanium baffles, and even 60-80 psi is safe for steel baffles. I've tried a lot of different cleaning methods over the past ~15 years, and the only other really effective method is "the dip", but it's very hazardous and also not safe for aluminum.
