City Clerk Evans presented a proposal to replace the Neoga Memorial Cemetery sign. Evans said the old sign is horribly weathered and hard to read. Evans explained that the entrance arch should be ready to install very soon, and there will be additional bricks left over which could be used for the new sign as well.
