The Metro Breez (stylized METRO BREEZ) is an express bus service in Southern Maine, United States, provided by Greater Portland Metro.It runs thirteen times on weekdays and six times on Saturdays between Portland, the state's largest city, and Brunswick, around 30 miles (48 km) to the northeast, [1] with stops in Yarmouth and Freeport.

There is also a new Metro CONNECT route, an on-demand shuttle service to expand service within Falmouth. [13] Routes 21, 24A and 24B from South Portland Bus Service have been incorporated into METRO as of December 29, 2024, with no planned route changes thus far. Regular route bus ridership in the United States had been declining steadily since World War II despite minor gains during the 1973 and 1979 energy crises. By 1986, the Greyhound Bus Line had been spun off from the parent company to new owners, which resulted in Greyhound Lines becoming solely a bus transportation company.

The morning bus arrives at PNSY at approximately 6:25 am, and the afternoon bus departs at 3:40 pm. Route 2 provides service from PNSY to Rochester at 5:10 pm. Route 103 used to provide additional commuter service to Pease Tradeport, but service was cut in summer 2014 due to low ridership. This route was later reorganized (see Route 20 below).
