In 2019, Nalzaro faced arrest after he was filed for 4 counts of libel by Ramon Miguel Osmeña, son of former Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña. That arrest was based on a complaint made by the younger Osmeña in connection with two articles Nalzaro published for SunStar and Superbalita Cebu. [3] He posted bail on September 6, 2019. [4]
