Robert Herman Givens (March 2, 1918 – December 14, 2017) was an American animator and character designer, responsible for the creation of Bugs Bunny.He was the leading character designer for Leon Schlesinger, creating over 25 successful characters for both Leon Schlesinger Productions and later Warner Bros. Cartoons.
In this season, the series' full name was changed to The Cat&Bunny Warneroonie SuperLooney Big Cartoonie Show and only featured episodes from Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs. For this season, the series was given host segments starring two animated kids named Karen and Kirby (voiced by Cheryl Chase and Richard Steven Horvitz , respectively).
Hopper (the green bunny, voiced by Svetlana Tsimokhina) is 2 years old. Despite his cute demeanor, he is the most mischievous, short-tempered, and impatient member, and most of the show's comedy is driven by his antics, practical jokes and the mayhem that he generates, especially in early episodes.
Untalkative Bunny is a co-produced animated series about a yellow rabbit and its life in the big city (closely based on Ottawa, Ontario, Canada). The show is aimed for kids 6–7. The series consists of small episodes (about 4–5 minutes long each) with a number up to four longer 'specials' in each season.

Fourth and final "Fat Elmer" cartoon- would revert to his original design in the following cartoon. Restored version of this cartoon does exist and clips of the restored print can be seen in the documentary bonus features of Looney Tunes Platinum Collection: Volume 2 and Bugs Bunny 80th Anniversary Collection.
