China Grove Roller Mill is a historic roller mill building located at China Grove, Rowan County, North Carolina. It was built in 1903, and is a three-story rectangular brick building, with several later additions. It retains the intact original milling machinery. [2] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. [1]
This mill, originally built by Sandy Hall and Sampson Ball, included a corn grist mill first, and later a sash mill [17] was added. About 1880, John R. China Grove is a town in Rowan County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 4,434 at the 2020 census. The town is located just north of Landis and south of Salisbury.
