Woodrow Wilson High School (also, just “Beckley”) is a high school in Beckley, West Virginia, teaching grades nine through twelve. It is one of four secondary schools in the Raleigh County Public School District. The school's colors are maroon and white, and the mascot is a Flying Eagle. The school's principal is Ryan Stafford.

Beckley is a city in and the county seat of Raleigh County, West Virginia, United States. The population was 17,286 at the 2020 census , making it the ninth-most populous city in the state. It is the principal city of the Beckley metropolitan area of Southern West Virginia , home to 115,079 residents in 2020.
Upon graduation from Woodrow Wilson, “Red” (a nickname he picked up while in high school) entered the Oak Ridge Military Academy in North Carolina, where he played football and boxed. After one year at the military academy, Red enrolled at Marshall College (now Marshall University ), Huntington, West Virginia, in 1934.
Legursky signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent on April 28, 2008. He was released on June 28 but re-signed the following day. Legursky was released by the team during final cuts on August 30, but re-signed to the team's practice squad on October 1 after guard Kendall Simmons was placed on injured reserve.
