Alamelu Mangai Thayarammal was an Indian politician. She along with Dr C. Natesa Mudaliar, T. M. Nair and P. Theagaraya Chetty founded the Justice Party on 20 November 1916 in Victoria Public Hall in Madras which is seen as the start of the Dravidian Movement. [1] She was a member of the Madras Legislative Council in 1931. [2] [3] [4]
The Justice Party, officially the South Indian Liberal Federation, was a political party in the Madras Presidency of British India.It was established on 20 November 1916 in Victoria Public Hall in Madras by Dr C. Natesa Mudaliar and co-founded by T. M. Nair, P. Theagaraya Chetty and Alamelu Mangai Thayarammal as a result of a series of non-Brahmin conferences and meetings in the presidency.

Anbu Engey (transl. Where is love?) is a 1958 Indian Tamil-language drama film, directed by D. Yoganand and produced by V. Govindarajan. Its story and dialogue were written by Murasoli Maran, and screenplay by Rajendra.
The temple should have existed as a brick structure from 7th Century. The stone temple should have been built during the reign of Parantaka Chola I, which is evident from the inscriptions found in the temple.
