Mark Long (born June 2, 1971) is an American reality television personality, actor, host, and professional wrestler known for his appearances on MTV reality television series Road Rules: USA – The First Adventure, Challenge, The Challenge: All Stars and an appearance on Even Stevens.
Contestants compete against one another individually, in pairs, or in teams to win cash prizes. First airing in 1998, there have been a total of 40 seasons aired in addition to 12 spin-off seasons, and the show has been filmed on six different continents. The Challenge airs on MTV and is hosted by T. J. Lavin. [1]
Starting in 2018, new contestants were chosen outside of MTV network alumni from different networks. The contestants compete against one another in various extreme challenges to avoid elimination.
