Verizon has better customer service by phone, online, and in store. Straightalk uses all big4 networks but gets a lower priority than carrier brands. Personally, I'm on the Verizon 3GB plan because I have no need for more data than that and like being with Verizon. Also, remember that Straighttalk data is throttled after 5GB.
