Ewing Township is one of thirty-seven townships in Holt County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 415 at the 2020 census. [1] A 2023 estimate placed the township's population at 411. [1] Most of the Village of Ewing lies within the Township.
Holt County was created by an act of the Nebraska Territory Legislature in 1862, and was organized in 1876. [4] [5] [6] It is named for Joseph Holt of Kentucky, who was postmaster general and secretary of war under President James Buchanan.
Nebraska Highway 41 is a highway in Nebraska. It runs for a length of 103.53 miles (166.62 km) in a west-to-east direction. Its western terminus is in Clay Center at an intersection with Nebraska Highway 14 and Nebraska Spur 18D. Its eastern terminus is at an intersection with Nebraska Highway 50 north of Tecumseh.
