Ryan Toby (born November 26, 1976 [1]) is an American singer-songwriter, record producer and actor. He first gained popularity for his appearance in the film Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit (1993). He is best known as a member of the Grammy Award -nominated R&B trio City High .

[1] Jon Caramanica of Rolling Stone said that, although "today's bling-tastic R&B usually avoids social commentary", City High's debut "hinges on thick, stomp-worthy funk, luxurious soul grooves and plaintive harmonies about messy modern love". Ryan, Kelly and Toby were played by B.J. Novak, Mindy Kaling and Paul Lieberstein, respectively, who all wrote for the series throughout its entire run.
