San Rafael, officially the Municipality of San Rafael (Tagalog: Bayan ng San Rafael, Kapampangan: Balen ning San Rafael), is a municipality in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 103,097 people.

Plaridel Bypass Road is a 24.61-kilometer (15.29 mi) national secondary road in the province of Bulacan, Philippines.Traversing agricultural lands, it bypasses the town propers of Plaridel (after which it is named), Pulilan, Baliwag, and San Rafael and serves as an alternative route to the Pan-Philippine Highway.
Doña Remedios Trinidad is bordered by Norzagaray, Bulacan to the south; by General Nakar, Quezon and Dingalan, Aurora to the east; San Rafael, Angat, San Ildefonso, and San Miguel to the west; and Gapan and General Tinio, Nueva Ecija to the north.
