Qualification for the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations began on the week of 20–26 September 2023 and concluded on the week of 29 November – 5 December the same year. Its draw was held at the Mohammed VI Football Academy in Salé , Morocco on 6 July 2023 at 18:00 CET ( UTC+1 ).
Qualification for the 2022 Women's Africa Cup of Nations began with the first round during the week of 18–26 October 2021 and concluded with the second during the week of 14–23 February 2022. For the first time in the tournament's history, 12 teams, including hosts ( Morocco ), [ 1 ] qualified to play in the group stages.
