Ganmodoki (がんもどき, 雁擬き) is a fried tofu fritter made with vegetables, such as carrots, lotus roots and burdock. It may also contain egg. Ganmodoki means pseudo-goose (gan (がん, 雁) + pseudo (もどき)).
