The Parque Nacional de las Cavernas del Río Camuy (English: Camuy River Cave National Park) is a cave system in Puerto Rico. It is located between the municipalities of Camuy, Hatillo, and Lares in northwestern Puerto Rico, but the main entrance to the park is located in Quebrada, Camuy.
The Parque de Bombas Maximiliano Merced, at 42 Muñoz Rivera Street in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico was built in 1955. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012. [1] [2] It has also been known as Parque Maximiliano Merced and as Antiguo Parque de Bombas de Aguas Buenas. [3]
President Theodore Roosevelt was the first sitting president to visit Puerto Rico arriving on the USS Louisiana (BB 19) on 21 November 1906, after inspecting the Panama Canal.
