All India Secondary School Examination, commonly known as the class 10th board exam, is a centralized public examination that students in schools affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education, primarily in India but also in other Indian-patterned schools affiliated to the CBSE across the world, taken at the end of class 10.

Every year a large number of students appear in Telangana Intermediate Examination for 1st Year (Junior) / Class 11 and 2nd Year (Senior) / Class 12 under the two course schemes – Regular & Vocational. Every year, TS Intermediate Examination has to be conducted in March/April.

It was upgraded to Senior Secondary School in 1999 and the first batch of Class XII students appeared at the Board examination in 2001. The current school building was constructed in 1992–93 and occupied in the beginning of the following academic year.
