"Rose of Cimarron" is a song by country rock band Poco being the title cut of their 1976 album release Rose of Cimarron: written by founding member Rusty Young, the song featured lead vocals by Paul Cotton and Timothy B. Schmit.

In 2011 BGO licensed and reissued remastered editions of four of Poco's ABC/MCA titles, again remastered by Thompson, putting two albums on each CD, with extensive liner notes written by John Tobler. The pairings were Head over Heels with Rose of Cimarron, and Under the Gun with Blue and Gray. No bonus tracks or outtakes were included.
The release of this album (April 1976, Epic) produced confusion in the marketplace over whether this or Rose of Cimarron (May 1976, ABC Records) was Poco's newest album, helping sales of Poco Live and hurting sales of Rose of Cimarron.
