Tekkatho Phone Naing (Burmese: တက္ကသိုလ် ဘုန်းနိုင်, 16 January 1930 – 2002) was a famous Burmese writer, primarily known for lovelorn stories that were most popular in the 1950s to 1970s. His "sad" stories still represent some of the best popular Burmese story writing in the postwar era.
The story is a tragic love story of a smuggler-girl and a train-ticket-inspector on the Taung Dwin Gyi – Kyaukpaaung shuttle-train in middle Burma in late 1960s at the height of military-Socialist repression during General Ne Win's long rein.

Longing with Love (Burmese: အချစ်ဖြင့်လွမ်းစေ) is a 2020 Burmese drama film, directed by Nay Than Maung starring Daung, Paing Phyo Thu and Angel Lamung. It was based on the popular novel Longing with Love written by Nu Nu Yi (Inwa). It was released as a series with 12 episodes from February 14 to May 2, 2019.
