The first part, titled Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Mugen Train Arc, [a] is a seven-episode recompilation of the "Mugen Train" arc as featured in the 2020 anime film. It contains new music and an all new anime original episode which takes place immediately before the main story. The first part aired from October 10 to November 28, 2021.

Monkey D. Luffy (/ ˈ l uː f i / LOO-fee) (Japanese: モンキー・D・ルフィ, Hepburn: Monkī Dī Rufi, [ɾɯꜜɸiː]), also known as "Straw Hat" Luffy, [n 2] is a fictional character and the protagonist in the Japanese manga series One Piece created by Eiichiro Oda.
Shiki refocuses his attention on the Straw Hats, but Luffy uses an electric charge made by Usopp and knocks Shiki to the ground, leaving Luffy victorious. The other Straw Hats escape with the Thousand Sunny, using Shiki's pirate sail as a parachute. Luffy is recovered by Billy while the villagers are shown flying away using the wings on their arms.

Meanwhile, in Luffy's group, Usopp makes a banana boat so they can cross the river to the frozen side of Punk Hazard. Then, the centaur whom Luffy beat earlier tells his boss that the Straw Hats are heading to the frozen side of Punk Hazard.
