I just got off the phone with customer service and they will not refund a 2 months I was charged for $130/m. I specifically remember canceling on my phone and didn't take a screenshot.

    I did a 7 day free trial with TUBI, on the 7th day two hours before the trial was over I canceled the trial, the next day I received a notification that my credit card was billed for the subscription. TUBI states that I have to go through ROKU on billing, ROKU shows that I am not subscribed with TUBI, I don't know what I need to do. Thank you.

We hope it helps! I signed up for the free trial and then tried to cancel. I wasn't able to cancel and got charged.

    You were right! Even though I asked when I purchased the device, I didn't get a code. Evidently they email the code separately within a few hours of purchase which I didn't get. (glitch in system!) So they are now going to send me a code so I can get the 30 days of free Fubo!! Yea, I am glad this problem is taken care of.
