I just got off the phone with customer service and they will not refund a 2 months I was charged for $130/m. I specifically remember canceling on my phone and didn't take a screenshot.
Re: Canceling Fubo free trial. Same situation as others here. Signed up while on vacation so can’t access Roku account. Online, Roku says no subscription, Fubo says manage thru Roku. I’ll dispute the charges if necessary. 01-20-2023 05:00 PM.
Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone. If prompted, sign in to your Roku account. Scroll down and select Manage your subscriptions. Locate the channel under Active Subscriptions. Select Turn off auto-renew. Choose a cancellation reason to complete the process and select Continue to cancel.
To do this, please follow the steps below: Press Home on your Roku remote. Highlight the channel you want to cancel. Press Star on your remote to open the options menu. Select Manage subscription. To unsubscribe, select Cancel subscription. To confirm, select Cancel subscription.

I did a 7 day free trial with TUBI, on the 7th day two hours before the trial was over I canceled the trial, the next day I received a notification that my credit card was billed for the subscription. TUBI states that I have to go through ROKU on billing, ROKU shows that I am not subscribed with TUBI, I don't know what I need to do. Thank you.

If you had a vacation home in another state any app loaded on one Roku device would be loaded on the other Roku if they are linked to the same email account. You were right! Even though I asked when I purchased the device, I didn't get a code. Evidently they email the code separately within a few hours of purchase which I didn't get. (glitch in system!) So they are now going to send me a code so I can get the 30 days of free Fubo!! Yea, I am glad this problem is taken care of.
