So I’m switching to Verizon and waiting on my iPhone 12 to ship. It’s supposed to be here by tomorrow, but the order status still says processing. I’m getting anxious because I need my phone in order to work and go out to make money. my current phone only works through WiFi.
Last night I started a line with Verizon and ordered a used phone through them. I've put in my payment info, accepted terms and conditions, and created My Verizon account successfully. The app keeps telling me to "take action": "To process your order, we need you to take action. If you've already taken this step, check your email for updates."
Order Status on verizon.com I placed an order this AM for iPhone 14. I received a confirmation e-mail, but I don't see the order while logged into my verizon.com account.
Amex hasn't flagged it and Verizon says to check my email, but the only emails I have so far are the order confirmation and steps for trade in. Appreciate the quick replies. Will see what happens. Thanks again. Edited to say: I see now that the attempted order and $110 charge to my Amex yesterday is still pending along with my charge today.
I got an email right away, but i just received another one from verizon fraud prevention saying that my order is on hold/in process of being cancelled, and I have to send a picture of my license to a link that they’ll email to me. still haven’t received any email and i’m so bummed out if this pushes my delivery date way back =l

The automated message said my order is delayed due to the shipping carrier, but gave no more info. I tried to just cancel the order but it said since it’s already in process I can’t. I’ve seen people order the same phone after I did and get an estimated shipping date, and I’ve even seen people get theirs actually shipped already.
I ordered for a new line and new device on the 24th I was told the estimated delivery date is 12/28 and I checked my order status still say…
The order could be packaged up but not assigned a tracking number yet. I bet as soon as the carrier picks it up, you'll get the tracking number. Not sure why CS won't help you if you have an order number. Use this to check using your order/confirmation #. Verizon Guest Order Status
