The NFL Sunday Ticket app says to update to the latest version on Samsung televisions. I try to update and get thrown back to the message that I must update the app. Please fix asap. It is not the television, we have 5 Samsung smart tvs and it’s doing it on every one.
Please note that Samsung does not own the NFL Sunday Ticket application. We own the Smart hub platform that hosts the application itself, so there is little that we can do regarding the application itself.
