Launched in 2013, the service provides audio, radio and television channels services to subscribers, [ 3 ] mostly in Tanzania , Malawi , Rwanda , [ 4 ] Zimbabwe , [ 5 ] [ 6 ] Uganda [ 7 ] and Kenya .
