What actually happens when Tarkov wipes? I mean, I get the gist of it. BSG or Nikita tweets "Wipe tomorrow" and then the next day your account is restored to "factory settings", rolling back progress in both your stash and your hideout and new features and changes are added to the game. But is everything set back to zero, including Skills
2.5months more most likely. Game feels dead now already, cant imagine in 2 months. Why dont they wipe without patch and give us 2.5months of early/mid wipe and then wipe again in August. Would probably be the most fun wipe if we knew it lasted only 2.5 months.

Last wipe was 06/30/2021. Wipe started FM unlock at level 20 but it's 15 now. Getting back into EFT at the beginning of a wipe is optimal but it's not mandatory. If your default playstyle is to Chad with a glued down w-key, you'll probably have a rough time.
They advertised no wipes. So if they do wipe, us filthy casuals who enjoy PvE and take it slow because we have lives, and takes us a long time to do all the quests, etc. will be pissed and stop playing. So it would not be very smart to wipe after you've advertised there are no wipes for PvE.
Alright people, there's a lot of questions on the wipe, the major update to 0.13.5, and all that. Just because live wipes, doesn't mean SPT-AKI updates immediately. In fact, major updates take longer than minor ones, especially if they're updating stuff in the backend.
When I first started Tarkov it took me 2-3 months as a solo player to get above 20% survival rate. Start of wipe or end of wipe doesn't matter. It's all about map knowledge, spawns, keys. Without knowing these things it's really hard to play this game.
At this point in the wipe, those exact same moves can land you lvl 5 armors, meta weapons, big backpacks and so on. This coupled with the fact that a large portion of the player base is working on mid to late game quests means you can be largely uncontested in both the early game quest items as well as hideout items.
