Corporations Regulations 2001, 1099 pages in 11 volumes. Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001, 331 pages. Supposedly countries like New Zealand and Sweden have equivalent corporations law that number just a few hundred pages, but I'd like to see if somebody has done some kind of formal research on the matter.
