Thới Sơn Tự, a temple of Bửu Sơn Kỳ Hương. Đạo Bửu Sơn Kỳ Hương (道 寶 山 奇 香, Vietnamese: [ɗâːwˀ ɓɨ᷉w ʂəːn kî hɨəŋ], "Way of the Strange Fragrance from the Precious Mountain") refers to a religious tradition originally practiced by the mystic Đoàn Minh Huyên (1807–1856) and continued by Huỳnh Phú Sổ, founder of the Hòa Hảo sect.

Bà Chúa Xứ (chữ Nôm: 婆主處, Vietnamese: [ɓâː cǔə sɨ̌]) or Chúa Xứ Thánh Mẫu (chữ Hán: 主處聖母, Holy Mother of the Realm) is a prosperity goddess worshiped in the Mekong Delta region as part of Vietnamese folk religions. She is a tutelary of business, health, and a protector of the Vietnamese border.
Tản Viên Sơn Thánh was one of the 50 children who followed Lạc Long Quân to the sea, and later returned to the mainland. He sailed from Thần Phù sea gate (Nam Định) along the Red River to Long Biên citadel, but then he criticized this place for being too bustling and left for Phúc Lộc river, then settled in Tản Viên mountain.
Ông Trời is referred to by many names depending on the religious circumstances. In South Vietnam, he is often called Ông Thiên (翁天). In Đạo Mẫu, he is called the Vua Cha Ngọc Hoàng (𢂜吒玉皇, Monarchical Father Ngọc Hoàng), as he is the father of Liễu Hạnh.
