U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issues urgent safety alert after ninth recall of adult bed rails in three years.
Medical supply company Medline Industries is recalling some 1.5 million portable adult bed rails across the U.S. and Canada, following two reports of entrapment deaths associated with the products.
Medline is offering refunds to those with these bed rails by phone at 866-359-1704, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Friday, or by emailing recalls@medline.com.
