Old Trafford Proposed in 2006, Modus Properties Tower was a major residential development proposed for Old Trafford, 2 miles (3.2 km) west of Central Manchester. If built it would have been the tallest building in the borough of Trafford. The scheme was scrapped in 2010 when Modus Properties went into administration.
