Kenneth J. Block (born October 11, 1965) is an American businessman, software engineer, and political reformer. He is the founder of the Moderate Party of Rhode Island , the state's third-largest political party, and ran as the Moderate candidate for Governor of Rhode Island in the 2010 election .
In 2005, Block began his National rallying career with the Vermont SportsCar team. [6] Vermont SportsCar prepared a 2005 Subaru WRX STi for Block to compete. His first event of the rallying season was Sno*Drift, where he ended up finishing seventh overall and fifth in the Group N class. [7]
