Marysville is a city in St. Clair County of the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 9,959 at the 2010 census . The municipality was founded in 1919, first as a village, then became a city in 1924.
The Marysville Viking Regiment is the high school's band program, which involves sophomores, juniors and seniors. A freshman band competes as a separate entity, the "Marysville Freshmen Marching Band". The Viking Regiment competes both in the Michigan Competing Band Association (MCBA) and the Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association (MSBOA).
