Sanpete County (/ s æ n ˈ p iː t / san-PEET) is a county in the U.S. state of Utah. As of the 2020 United States Census , the population was 28,437. [ 1 ] Its county seat is Manti , [ 2 ] and its largest city is Ephraim .
