Malcolm Sinclair (born 5 June 1950) is a British stage and television actor and former President of Trade Union, Equity 2010–18 when he stood down after 4 terms and was replaced by Maureen Beattie. He played Assistant Chief Constable Freddy Fisher in the television series Pie in the Sky from 1994 to 1997.
Sinclair was born on 3 December 1952 to Donald and Joyce Sinclair. [1] He was educated at Trinity School, an all-boys private school in Croydon, London. [2] He studied at Christ Church, Oxford, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree; as per tradition, his BA was later promoted to an Oxford Master of Arts (MA Oxon) degree.
