Iman Asante Shumpert (/ i ˈ m ɑː n / ee-MAHN; [1] born June 26, 1990) is an American former professional basketball player and actor. He played college basketball for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Shumpert was selected by the New York Knicks with the 17th overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft.
