Shane needs personal time and while he will be missed But I still will watch and support Blind Wave as a fan as long as they want to do it. BUt sadly at some point Im sure all will retire from the reaction show. Which will be sad but they made lots of videos and worked hard to entertain us.
Shane's immature gestures made that reaction unusable in any GoT compilation reactions with other reactions on YouTube. which hurted Blindwave views hence business. This is just an one example of his inappropriate behavior that I feel was just the tip of the iceberg on all his bad behavior on and off camera.
What I'm trying to say is that people were hating on Shane before because of weird things. He has been called frankly horrible things on social media. Mostly people calling him stupid/retarded and also some racist shit. He definitely needs to take a step back. But people who think he will be back are delusional. Blindwave is a company.
Shane's sexist and racist throughout and it doesn't even have anything to do with whats going on in the games. He just drifts off into random thoughts of his and has a hard time talking about the actual show/game currently on.
You should check out his channel on YouTube "Shane Farley " it's great he has his own reaction channel and has a one of his friends and his cousin is also on the channel, he seems a lot more professional and mature if you didn't like Shane before after visiting his YouTube channel you'll most likely change your mind.
Shane left due to some stuff that we know and don't know. What we know: He had struggled with some mental health stuff, and took time off multiple times before his departure to be with family. What we don't know: There is something that happened in regard to Shane and a fan(s). No idea what it was, if he was rude, made comments, or what.
Shane made a lot of sexual comments (very similar to Eric's commentary!) but he looks like such a Frat- Boy Dad that it always came off thirstier and more aggressively than Eric. He always gave me the impression that he was a little ignorant about the smaller details of things ie.
I read the book Farley's brother released, and the general consensus was the period he was filming Tommy Boy was the high point of his adult life in terms of health, sobriety, and overall happiness. Sadly, being fired from SNL, the stress of filming Black Sheep and loneliness lead to his relapse.
people that say "when Shane left it felt more like a business" They Have not watched Blind Wave enough, they always feel like a group of mates messing around having fun, with or without Shane. My favourite dynamic is probably Eric and Aaron, but I don't wanna single out anyone cause they all have good dynamics in different reactions,
if shane is up for doing reactions why didnt he just rejoin blind wave EDIT: I have done digging and figured out that it wasnt due to mental health or wanting to stop doing reactions and that in fact he did some form of misconduct, but Im still unclear on what he did.
