V/H/S is an American horror anthology franchise that includes seven found footage films, two spin-off films, and one miniseries.Created from an original story idea by Brad Miska, the plot centers around a number of disturbing VHS tapes that are discovered by innocent viewers and the possessive influence of the videos over those who see them.

Lead detective Wayne Johnson recognizes the scene from a previous video of a similar murder. Another video shows the killer as he enters another house, fights the man inside, and brutally murders him as well. The police come to the house and Wayne tells his partner Bobby Blake that he had already seen the murder on a tape he received earlier.
Bob hears of a contest to build a new community in a remote area called Sunflower Valley, outside of Bobsville. He moves from Bobsville (supposedly temporarily) with Wendy and the machines and builds a new Yard there. Bob convinces his father, Robert, to come out of retirement and take over the Bobsville building business.
