Hungama 2 is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy film directed by Priyadarshan and jointly produced by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, Chetan Jain and Armaan Ventures. It is the spiritual sequel of Priyadarshan's own 2003 film Hungama .
Balasubrahmanyam's first work in Hindi films was, in Ek Duuje Ke Liye (1981), [1] for which he received another National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer. [2] In 1989, Balasubrahmanyam was the playback singer for actor Salman Khan in the blockbuster Maine Pyar Kiya. [3]
The film does a good job of taking you through the three hours without the usual hero-heroine singing-around-the-trees routine. Though the ending leaves you unsatisfied. After the build-up, music and emotions, the film ends abruptly. Backed by good music, Chandra's film has a fresh approach and is a mark above the usual fare found these days. [2]
