Funeral services will be held on Friday February 10, 2023, at Fleming-Billman Funeral Home, 526 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula; calling hours 11:00-1:00 and the funeral at 1:00. Burial will follow in Perry Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 10:00a-12:00p with a funeral service at 12:00p at Fleming and Billman Funeral Home, 526 West Prospect Street in Ashtabula. Immediately following the service, he will be laid to rest at Kellogsville Cemetery.
Richard Lee Rogers, 75, passed away on April 30, 2023, at his home in Kingsville, Ohio. He was born on July 9, 1947, in Salem, Ohio, the son of Owen and Mary (Angelmyer) Rogers. Richard graduated from Conneaut High School in 1965.
