Kentucky Route 919 (KY 919) is a 6.416-mile-long (10.326 km) rural secondary highway in north-eastern Ohio County that begins at KY 878 north along Davidson Road. The road then crosses the Rough River making its way to a county maintained road called Shreve Road. The road finally ends at KY 54 where it meets its northern terminus.

Kentucky Route 1118 is a 6.638-mile-long (10.683 km) rural secondary highway in northern Butler County and southern Ohio County. The highway begins at US 231 (Beaver Dam Road) northwest of Eden. KY 1118 heads north along Gilstrap Road through Gilstrap, where the route meets the western end of KY 2269 (Dexterville Gilstrap Road).
Until March 1, 2021, there was a 0.874-mile-long (1.407 km) portion in Ohio County that was a supplemental road that ran from the Green River north to US 231 near Cromwell. KY 403 enters the city on Porter Street. The route then turns north onto Main Street, which carries US 231 and KY 79.
