Amiga Disk File (ADF) is a file format used by Amiga computers and emulators to store images of floppy disks. It has been around almost as long as the Amiga itself, although it was not initially called by any particular name. Before it was known as ADF, it was used in commercial game production, backup and disk virtualization.

It was released by MicroProse in 1994 as two different versions. One for the Amiga 500 and 600 systems, and a version for the AGA enhanced Amiga 1200, 4000 and CD32 systems.

In 2012, Superfrog was, along with other games by Team17, released as a legitimate digital download from GoodOldGames.com, [2] this version being the first compatible with Windows.
