Hồ Quỳnh Hương (born 16 October 1980, in Hạ Long, Quảng Ninh) is a Vietnamese female singer. [1] She has appeared in Asia Song Festival 2008, Bước nhảy hoàn vũ (season 1), Vietnam Idol (season 3) as a guest judge, Cặp đôi hoàn hảo (season 1), and The Voice of Vietnam (season 1) as an adviser.

Trịnh Công Sơn was born in Buôn Ma Thuột, Đắk Lắk Province, French Indochina, but as a child he lived in the village of Minh Huong in Hương Trà in Thừa Thiên–Huế Province. [3] He grew up in Huế, where he attended the Lycée Français and the Providence school.
Hương Thủy was born in southern Vietnam and spent her childhood living in a pagoda in Vĩnh Long, Vietnam. Growing up, her dream was to become a singer.
In 2002, she was the first Vietnamese singer to join annual International Asian Music Festival in Singapore alongside Tran Manh Tuan for the performance of the song Inh La Oi, Ngay Khong Mua, Ru Tinh, Ho Tren Nui. She also collaborated with composer Craig Armstrong for the soundtrack for the movie The Quiet American and had a cameo in the movie.

Như Quỳnh's singing career formally began in 1991, where she performed in the Television Singing Contest in Ho Chi Minh City and won the special prize for her performance of "Mùa xuân trên thành phố Hồ Chí Minh". [5] In April 1993, Như Quỳnh's family immigrated to the United States and settled in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. [6]
