Barangay Salawag is the largest barangay of the city in terms of land area and population. It is located in the north-eastern part of Dasmariñas. Bounded by cities of Imus and bacoor in the Northside and cities of Muntinlupa and Las piñas on the north eastern side and city of San Pedro in east side.
