The only site I could find using "Ludwig subathon" was Upcomer (no idea if this is even a rs). It seems most publications just describe the subathon with words, not with a definite title, which is annoying. For example, the New York Times article uses "his subathon stream" in the prose and has no definite name in the title or subtitle.
