Osseo (/ ˈ ɒ s i oʊ / OSS-ee-oh) [5] is a city located in Trempealeau County, Wisconsin, at the confluence of the North and South Forks of the Buffalo River. The population was 1,811 at the 2020 census .
The Osseo Library is in City Hall and is a branch of the Hennepin County Library System.
