"Oh Well" is a song by British rock band Fleetwood Mac, released in 1969 and composed by vocalist and lead guitarist Peter Green. It first appeared as a single in various countries in 1969 and subsequently appeared on US versions of that year's Then Play On album and the band's Greatest Hits album in 1971.
" O du fröhliche" ("Oh, how joyful", literally: "Oh, you joyful ... [Christmastime]") is a German Christmas carol . The author of the original text was the prominent Weimar "orphan father" Johannes Daniel Falk (1768–1826), who set his lyric to the anonymous hymn-tune " O sanctissima " (O most holy).
Ihr Kinderlein, kommet" ("Oh, come, little children") is a German Christmas carol. The lyrics were written by Catholic priest and writer Christoph von Schmid in 1798. His poem " Die Kinder bei der Krippe " (The children at the manger) had originally eight verses and was first published in 1811.

Oh Well was a German dance group active in the late 1980s to early 1990s. Their record producers were Alexander Henninger and Achim Völker. [ 1 ] They were relatively successful during their peak in 1989, but broke up soon after, due to a lack of further chart success.
